Job Description
Preferred profile – Primary Requirements:

  • A masters level degree e.g. within digital marketing or international marketing communications
  • A minimum of full 3 years of experience as global marketing manager in a multi country/web sites environment with exposure to other digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience within the areas of website architecture, website analysis, CMS operations
  • (Sitecore), HTML/CSS, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics and content creation for online channels (is
  • HTML/CSS hands on knowledge needed?)
  • Solution oriented, pro-active leader who sees challenges as opportunities

Secondary Requirements:


  • Marketing agency experience handling web projects and different customers
  • B2B marketing experience, working with both corporate and internal business units.
  • An advanced understanding of new media and channels
  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and digital campaign marketing with Click Dimensions.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company.
  • Update social media posts (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with targeted messages that reflect the appropriate professional image of the company.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Create and manage editorial calendar that captures all marketing efforts including social media, website updates, e-mail campaigns, and events.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the website and digital marketing
  • Actively track, analyze and report web results and traffic, and be able to communicate feedback on improving effectiveness of these online initiatives.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
  • Monitor competitions websites, social media, and marketing
  • Stay current with digital marketing best practices, strategies, and industry standards in order to improve our overall effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to ensure execution and optimization of capabilities and programs is being delivered.
  • Ability to craft strong and engaging copy for projects including but not limited to: landing pages, emails, banners, mobile pages, marketing collateral, print, direct mail, social media and newsletters.
  • Assist in website content development.
